Easy Exercises for Kids

Lets face it we live in a society where obesity is very wide spread! We need to be teaching our children how to eat properly and how to get up and get moving instead of playing the video games all the time. Teens who lift weights (it doesn’t have to be a heavy weight) just consistently become 50% stronger, shed pounds and are less likely to suffer from injuries. Kids/Teens should only be working out about 3 times a week.
Here are 6 great exercises for kids….
The Plank
Chest Press
Chair Squats
Bent Knee Push-ups
Lying Row
Biceps Curls
