Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wraps

I found this recipe and couldn’t help but post it, I love buffalo chicken and knowing this is a healthy recipe makes it even better! When I go to make these I will be using head lettuce as the wraps for an even healthier alternative!


Yield: 4 Servings

3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
1lb boneless skinless chicken breast
4 wedges of Laughing Cow Creamy Queso Freso Chipotle
6oz nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup Wing It Buffalo Sauce
1 cup diced celery
1/8tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1 pack of La Totilla Factory High Fiber, Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas (or you can use head lettuce to make a wrap).
4 cups romaine lettuce
1 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

In a sauce pan over medium heat add chicken broth and chicken. Cover and bring to boil. Turn heat down to medium low and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat, drain liquid and allow chicken to cool before shredding it.
In mixing bowl. combine yogurt, buffalo sauce, chicken, celery, salt and pepper and gently mix until chicken is well coated.
War, tortillas in a skillet on each side, or rinse (head) lettuce to use as wraps.
Spread part of the laughing cow cheese on each tortilla or lettuce.
Scoop part of chicken mixture down each tortilla or lettuce, top with the romaine lettuce. tomatoes and red onion (make sure you evenly top off each wrap). Roll up and serve.
There is only 167.5 calories in each wrap (if using soft taco wrap) & 43g of protein!
